Kevin V. Cox is a visionary leader known for his strategic business transformations and community impact. A proud alumnus of Oral Roberts University (ORU), Kevin earned his bachelor's degree in 1996 and his MBA in 1999, during which he also served as the Student Association President (1994-95). He married Amber G. Cox, a 1997 ORU graduate and former columnist for The Oracle, and remains a deeply engaged member of the ORU President’s Circle.
Kevin furthered his education with a law degree from the University of Tulsa and a certificate in Performance Maximization from Harvard's JFK School of Government. His career is marked by significant accomplishments, such as founding Logistyx Technologies, where he developed a powerful global strategy, raised $50 million in capital, and acquired 14 companies across multiple continents to establish it as a leader in Transportation Management Execution.
Demonstrating his knack for transformative growth, Kevin also led the expansion of a small regional financial services firm into Adaptation Financial Services, a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) managing over $1 billion in assets. His leadership roles have included serving as CEO and now Chairman of the Board for ParagonX, a public holding company, and as Chief Executive Officer of SOAAK Technologies, Inc., an acclaimed health and wellness company.

Joe Caprino is the Principal of Caprino Management, LLC, a firm he founded in 2000 that specializes in acquisitions and business development consulting. With over 24 years of experience, Joe leads his firm in targeting acquisitions and managing the entire process, from securing equity positions to providing strategic planning and management support.
Caprino Management also offers consulting services in business development, mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances, and financial management. Joe’s expertise has been instrumental in helping organizations maximize growth and navigate complex business transitions.
In addition to his work with Caprino Management, Joe served as CEO of AVRover, driving innovation in educational technologies. He holds a Master’s from Saint Bonaventure University and a BS in International Business from SUNY Fredonia, giving him a strong foundation in strategic business leadership.

With over 25 years of experience, Joe D. Davis has held a variety of roles in the Financial and Investment Services industry, distinguishing himself as a widely regarded leader. His expertise spans the marketing of investment programs, including Alternative Investments, Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), Business Development Companies (BDCs), and other 1940 Act Funds.
Mr. Davis launched his marketing career at the New York-based mutual fund company J & W Seligman, where he served as Associate Vice President of Marketing. He then expanded his focus to the Insurance and Investment sectors, providing invaluable knowledge and marketing support to highly recognized firms such as AIG SunAmerica, ING, and American Express. During his tenure at American Express, he served as Divisional Director for the Midwest Regional Territory.
Transitioning to the Alternative Investment arena, Mr. Davis held senior leadership roles, including Senior Vice President of Marketing for Wells Real Estate Funds, Strategic Capital Holdings, and Griffin Capital.
